It’s been a couple of days since I posted everything, so I thought I’d better put up a little news to show what’s been going on.
The biggest news is that Rika is now pregnant with our second baby! As soon as she found out she was pregnant though, she decided that she had to get morning sickness. Boo.
Apart from that we have a D&D session this weekend Sunday afternoon from 2:30 onwards. Or possibly at night… I’ve gone from being in 3 play by post games to just one recently (the one I DM) so I’m thinking of running a concurrent campaign. It would be quite different from the existing one though – basically we’d be playing through a heap of published material. I really want to give the stuff a go and see what people think of it.
Also Goeventures turned out to be a hit, so I’ll try to put something together this weekend, no promises though. He’s a mysterious, enigmatic character, so it’s hard to capture his personality the way I’d like…

What do you mean you’re only in one campaign usotsuki! I have to update, but I will mofo!
But anyway,
OMEDETOU!!!
Comment by lawhell October 15, 2008 @ 10:00 pmCongratulations robby!! I’m glad to see that at least one of the price boys has potent seed, well apart from peter and his string of illegitamates.
Comment by yhettdawg October 15, 2008 @ 10:24 pmlooking forward to some hot sunday action, are we using our current characters or new ones out of interest?
Using our current ones. It will be continuing this story to find out what happened in Trouse while you were away, or other stuff.
The other campaign I’m looking at doing is a little way away at the moment (I have to make the maps and tokens and so on). I’m looking forward to trying it though! FOr that one I’ll have premade characters for you, or you can make your own.
Comment by townleystreet October 16, 2008 @ 8:37 amI should be able to make either an afternoon or an evening. Though it would fit a lot better for me if we could do an evening session instead. Or even later on in the afternoon, say 4:00 pm.
Comment by dougler October 16, 2008 @ 1:38 pmAlso Cat liked Goeventures too!!!
Comment by dougler October 16, 2008 @ 1:38 pmI’m good, but I’ve got family in and around on the weekend, so if we can get definite plans as to a time, the earlier the better.
4pm it is?
BTW if we are playing new characters, I want to give a ranged ranger a go
Comment by lawhell October 16, 2008 @ 5:36 pmHmm, what do people want? If we’re starting the new one I’ll put up the premade characters and creation guidelines for that campaign. For that one we’ll be working our way through the published adventures from WotC for 4th edition (so don’t read them if you don’t want spoilers).
Otherwise we’ll probably be able to finish this chapter of the existing campaign. Let me know what people want though, so I can be prepared!
Comment by townleystreet October 16, 2008 @ 7:39 pmNo!!! Wait!!!! 2:30 pm is now better for me as plans have changed. Sorry guys. If earlier is better for Tim too then hopefully 2:30 would be great.
Also I will play whatever in the next one, though I do like the current campaign a lot. Are we abandoning the trouse campaign or just playing two at once?
Comment by dougler October 16, 2008 @ 8:23 pmThe Trouse campaign is continuing, and will go at least until level 15 (unless everybody gets bored by my unreasonable railroading and party-killing
)
Comment by townleystreet October 16, 2008 @ 9:31 pmBut I thought using a published adventure too might give us a little variety and fast paced action (everything is prepared already and so on…)
I have to warn you though, the published stuff is very much ‘dungeon crawl’ style D&D…
not a problem. hopefully giljew makes it through
